Embodying Your Design--Human Design and Yoga

We all have our own way of BEING and when you align with your authenticity and what lights you up, you live a life full of purpose, happiness, and fulfillment.

Hi! I’m Lisa, a 1/4 Splenic Projector. I created this weekend to gather in a beautiful location, learn about your unique Human Design, practice feeling into your Human Design energetics, connect with friends on a deep level, while incorporating yoga and other supportive activities. Human Design is the science of differentiation, which tells us how we’re all unique. It tells you how your energetic body is designed to operate in the world and how to optimize your life. Authenticity, Alignment and Connection are a few of my deepest core desires so I am really excited about this!

Human Design has impacted my life in a profound way. It helped me put words to things I’ve always felt but couldn’t articulate and helped me to make friends with parts of myself years of therapy couldn’t do as well. It highlighted the version of myself I came here to be in this lifetime. As a psychotherapist in private practice for the last 8 years, I have seen Human Design help clients live in more alignment, with less suffering and more ease. I also have over 20 years’ experience teaching Yoga and guiding people into their own body and being.

Reasons Human Design is helpful:  to deepen our self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-love  to tell you how you’re designed to make aligned decisions  to decondition and open the door to your true self  to come into personal alignment  to embody our highest potential  understand our differences compared to others  to experience more ease and harmony in relationships  to increase magnetism  to live your unique life purpose

Human Design is amazing for understanding your spouse, children, friends, siblings, parents, and co-workers! You may share the same DNA with people, but you are definitely not the same person. Understanding these dynamics through the lens of Human Design is a powerful way to navigate relationships.

Throughout the weekend, we will connect to the wisdom of the body through slowing down, journaling, Yoga and other various movement, authentic sharing and thought provoking discussions to go deeper into embodying your unique design.
